Master Clean probably has the lowest turnover in personnel in the metro area. Because of this very low turn over factor, job openings usually come up only a few times a year. Master Clean only hires experienced janitorial specialists. After each applicant is interviewed, he/she must be able to demonstrate their work experience to a supervisor on a real jobsite. Background checks are mandatory, and random drug checks maybe made at the discretion of management. A serious commit to "to do what it takes to do the job right and on time" will be financially rewarded.
All applicants must have their own transportation, and, if applicable, child care.
